In this 6.5 hour online course, renowned yoga teacher Doug Keller shows how the fundamental concepts of Polyvagal Theory can guide and refine our practice of asana and of Pranayama. 


In particular, learn how these concepts inform our understanding of the role of Bandha, the pathways of the breath in Ujjayi, and of the role of interoception in asanas and breath. 


You will also gain a deeper understanding of what yogic concepts are trying to teach us about ‘self-regulation’ of emotion and the gunas as an essential aspect of the discipline of yoga.


The discussion will include practical applications in alignment and Drishti in straightforward Pranayama and focusing techniques.
